What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of meditation?
Before I really understood the meaning of meditation, the first thing that would pop into my mind was: an image of a monk in a robe, sitting crossed legged on a dirt floor of a cave, all alone, for years.
It does not matter what you are wearing, how you sit, walk, or where you are, anyone can meditate. In this four week series, We will explore different techniques so you can find a few that feel right to you. Meditating with others can be a very powerful way to practice.
This four-week series is specially designed for beginners, especially those who think they can not meditate. Those who have experience are also encouraged to sign up. There's always plenty to discover!
