Spring is actually here! This is a great time to think about the outdoor activities we are looking forward to. Whether it's biking, gardening or walking, there are ways to prepare so your experience is more enjoyable, and injury-free! We all have our tight spots, where we hold our stress, where we've been injured, or where we've had surgery. In this class series, you will learn different ways to prepare your body for before, after, and even during all your outdoor activities.
